There is a separation clearly taking place. We all feel it. For a long time I refused to believe it but now I surrender to the apparent possibility. We all have a choice we can either get it or not. We can either cling to the false security or let go. Those of peace and light are rising like cream and are no longer interested with old paradigms and ways of being, we are no longer interested in arguing. While those in fear are struggling more so. The pressures build. The warrior spirit arises within us; as we acknowledge it is time to stop this madness. We mourn this current state of affairs. We have wept for the children born into ignorance, poverty, hunger, wars and suffering as well as for the greedy ones, the puppeteers, the orchestrators of this global mess all for far too long. We grant permission for the shift, we call forth the shift, we request the shift.
Stepping into a new paradigm we no longer are held hostage by the media and materialism, no longer interested in the perpetuation of the political and economic dramas and chaos. We feel the Light coming; we feel the imminent changes ahead, we feel the choices being made now. We are awake and with every breath we call forth a better way. We release our attachments to time, labels, agendas, manipulation, control, possessions and perhaps even our homes. We hear the cries of our beautiful brother and sister creatures; it is time to end the madness. We choose peace, not just for ourselves but more importantly for ALL beings.
It is said we can not serve two masters. Each and every one of us must choose. Love or fear? Those of us who choose Love will risk everything to bring her forth for all people, we are awakening, rising, separating from the old way. We no longer fear even death for we acknowledge the outcome. It is time, it is time. We don’t concern ourselves with how it will happen, we just know that it is happening, that it will happen and that we are fully supported. We feel the web of beings around us, welcoming us, cheering us on. We are coming Home with joy….to the vibration of our true being: Light and Love.
The beings around us can only do so much. It is up to us; we are the ones we have been waiting for. We are the ones who hold the power of activation. When enough of us awaken and set out the call, then they can assist in a physical way. All we have to do is awaken; shifting our thoughts and vibrations to that which calls…to love and peace for ALL.

Existence cannot allow a few idiot politicians to destroy the world. But that does not mean that you have to remain silent. You have to create a great atmosphere of love around yourself, which will be a protection. You have to learn to dance and to sing. Let these politicians know that this earth…

This is my meditation tree. It doesn’t matter if its December, I take my shoes off and ground myself in the sand beneath it, I close my eyes and go within. Natures beauty envelops me. From the sand between my toes, to the call of the geese on the shore, to the sound of the wind blowing through the few remaining leaves of the tree, to the crisp air in my lungs…every aspect of nature screams one simple yet complex truth- Love.
We all need to learn from Her.

I was able to sneak away to the woods this morning…all along my running path are constant reminders of a horrible storm that hit our area 6 months ago…huge trees that once provided shade now lay along the forest floor. Except for its winding path, the woods are almost unrecognizable. I sometimes stop along my run to take a moment to appreciate what has taken place..and now with 6 months behind us..something quite beautiful is happening…With the tallest of trees down, sunlight is now finding its way to new places in the forest…smaller trees now have the opportunity to thrive. There is a rebirth in the woods!
Arborists call this “ecological succession”.
The Universe calls it a second (and third & fourth & fifth…) chance.
This morning I was reminded that with great change comes opportunity.
